The principal items of work are approximately as follows: - Acer Ginnala - Flame maple clump (15 gallon) 9 Each - Populous Tremuloides - Aspen (1 1/2 " multi-stem) 15 each - Picea Pungens - Colorado blue spruce (10ft- 12ft) 12 each - Potentilla 'Gold Drop' - [sub for curl leaf mahogany] (5 gallon) 17 each - Karl Forester' Fountain grass- 5 gallon 24 qty - Chocolate Wood Mulch- 500 cubic yards - 4500 square yards The entire project is to be substantially complete by June 15, 2022. Liquidated Damages will be enforced at $100 per day the project is not substantially complete. A bid Bond is not required for this project. The right to reject any or all bids is reserved.
