The principal items of work are approximately as follows: o HOT MIX ASPHALT 7651 TON o UNTREATED BASE COURSE 9745 TON o SUBBASE 11331 TON o IMPORTED GRANULAR FILL 12217 TON o ROAD EXCAVATION (PLAN QUANTITY) 33890 CY o 5' SIDEWALK 5190 SY o ADA RAMP 8 Each o TYPE M1, CURB & GUTTER 9440 LF o 12-INCH WATER LINE, C900 4886 LF o 8-INCH WATER LINE, C900 307 LF o 6-INCH WATER LINE, C900 550 LF o 8-INCH SANITARY SEWER, SDR-35 5414 LF o 6-INCH SANITARY SEWER, SDR-35 208 LF o 48-INCH SS MANHOLE 25 Each o 48-INCH RCP CULVERT 338 LF o 24-INCH STORM DRAIN 1218 LF o 18-INCH STORM DRAIN 78 LF o 15-INCH STORM DRAIN 1422 LF The entire project is to be substantially complete by November 15th, 2023. All improvements related to Sego Lilly Way must be substantially complete on or before October 15th, 2022. Liquidated Damages will be enforced at $1,570 per day the project is not substantially complete as noted.
