Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Elkader, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
This expedites the process and reduces errors for both buyer and supplier. Question Cutoff Date 5/4/2022 09:00:00 PM (ET) Over view: Contractor to provide all equipment, materials and supplies necessary to remove existing shingles down to sheathing and replace with new shingles, flashing and vents, including off-site disposal of any demolition materials removed. All materials must meet or exceed specifications provided as well as all accessories and other materials needed to complete the installation as per the attached specifications. Work to be performed during regular working hours Monday - Friday coordinating with site staff for storage and parking. This proposal and project period is aggressive to repair as quickly as possible. The estimated project period to begin upon contract award and proposed to be substantially complete by June 30, 2022. It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule.
