City of Eugene Administrative Order 44-14-08F Public Contracting Rule 137-047-0270, quotes for Skinner Butte Park Steps Repair for the City of Eugene will be accepted until Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at 4:00 PM. Quotes will not be accepted after the quote closing time and date. Quotes shall be valid for sixty days after opening unless otherwise specified in the quote specifications. This Invitation to Submit Quotations does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred by any quoter in the submission of a quote. In general, this work includes two concrete step repair projects at the top and bottom of an existing trail near the Skinner Butte Park Summit. The Upper Stairs location includes construction of concrete steps flatwork to connect the existing summit parking area to a recently renovated trail and installation of basalt columns and boulders to stabilize the surrounding slope. The Lower Stairs location work includes repair of existing concrete steps and construction of new concrete flatwork as well as installation of basalt columns and boulders to stabilize the surrounding slope. This solicitation is for a public works project which may be subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. All bidders are required to consult the BOLI publication for Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon Subject to State PWR Law and all subsequent amendments. The rates in effect shall be as in BOLI publication dated January 1, 2022. Construction shall begin by May 25, 2022 or when conditions allow and shall be completed by no later than June 30, 2022 Estimate is between $30K and $40K. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
