CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 5/16/2022 6:00 PM Project scope of work consists of the construction of two masonry dugouts, all new field fencing, backstop, retaining wall, drainage improvements, and associated work performed in accordance with the contract documents. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this contract. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within sixty 60 days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
