**As of May 6, 2022, The RFP for Countertop Barriers was withdrawn. The City of Chino Hills is accepting bids for the installation of countertop-mounted glass barriers and related counter modifications for the Chino Hills City Hall building located at 14000 City Center Drive, Chino Hills, CA 91709. The following Scope of Work is desired by the City. The Vendor's proposal must address how they will deliver the indicated services. Project tasks shall include but are not necessarily limited to those items noted below. If the Vendor believes that additional tasks are warranted, they must be clearly identified in the Vendor's proposal as an Add Alternate. The City plans to award the successful proposer a Services Contract for a three (3) year period. The City reserves the right to renew the contract for up to two (2) additional one-year periods. The City of Chino Hills is accepting bids for countertop barriers and counter modifications at five (5) public counters within the City Hall building. The City desires the installation of 1/2-inch tempered glass barriers at the public counters mentioned in the RFP. The department-specific glass panel heights are detailed in the RFP. When the condition is present, the glass height shall increase at the disabled-access (ADA) counters to maintain a consistent and level appearance. Contractors shall propose the various design options that their respective system(s) can accommodate. The City requires a design that minimizes support frames to provide a clean and minimally obstructed appearance. The glass mounting heights are/ or use of pass-through cutouts will vary depending on the needs of the department to accommodate their respective operations.
