Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Cecil Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.

Contract No. 1 General Construction The project includes, but is not limited to, the supply and erection of a new pre-engineered metal building on a concrete foundation and interior slab-on-grade; construction of the building envelope including insulation, roof system, interior finishes, windows, man doors, and overhead doors and all other miscellaneous items. This project also includes site development work, including, but not limited to, clearing and grubbing; unclassified excavation; installation, maintenance and removal of erosion and sediment control measures; storm sewer installation; site paving and associated site restoration, complete in place. Contract No. 2 Sanitary Sewer and Water Main Line Extension Construction This project includes, but is not limited to, construction and installation of sanitary and water main line extensions from the existing infrastructure to the new facility and as indicated the construction drawings and all other miscellaneous items. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages must be paid on these contracts.Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, along with Public Liability and Property Damage Certificates of Insurance in the amounts specified, as well as Certificates of Workman s Compensation must be filed with the executed Agreement.Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder s Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Cecil Township in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal as a guarantee that, if the Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will enter into an Agreement within 15 days after Notice of the Award of the Contract. The Proposals must be made to Cecil Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, and shall remain firm for a period of sixty (60) days. No Bidder may withdraw his Proposal during the sixty (120) day period without forfeiting his Bid guarantee. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, or any part thereof, for any reason, and also reserves the right to waive any informality therein.
