The intent of this solicitation is to obtain full service and preventive maintenance, time and material repairs, and equipment relocation to Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems used by various Maricopa County (County) agencies. Additionally, the contract may provide for applicable services including engineering and electrical as needed. The County intends to make a multiple award to allow County departments the ability to request products and services from a list of qualified vendors. Vendor Bids must be submitted through PeriscopeS2G only. Vendors must view or download all attached forms prior to submitting bids. Attachments B, C, D, E, and F; proof of certifications and licensing; and Technical and Descriptive Sales Literature as indicated in section 2.13 of the solicitation must be uploaded using the upload function in line items section of Periscope. MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME: Times listed for pre-bid meetings, Q and A, and Bid Close are in Mountain Standard Time. EVALUATION AND AWARD: Award is made at the sole discretion of the solicitation issuing Department. Maricopa County reserves the right to award in full or in part to a single vendor or multiple vendors. COMMUNICATION: All questions must be submitted through PeriscopeS2G ONLY by the date and time listed in the bid. Respondent shall use the upload function in the line item to upload the following: - Attachment B - Agreement Page: Document contained in the solicitation, and shall be completed and uploaded as part of the bid packet. - Attachment C - References: Document contained in the solicitation, and shall be completed and uploaded as part of the bid packet. - Attachment D - Pricing Sheet: Download from the documents section of Periscope, complete, and upload as part of a bid packet submission. - Attachment E - Personnel Qualifications: An Excel spread sheet that must be downloaded from the document section of the e-procurement platform, completed, and uploaded as part of a bid packet submission. - Attachment F- Vehicle & Equipment Listing: An Excel spread sheet that must be downloaded from the document section of the e-procurement platform, completed, and uploaded as part of a bid packet submission. - Proof of Certifications and Licensing (copies) - Technical and Descriptive Sales Literature as per section 2.13 of the solicitation.
