Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Harborcreek, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The proposed work on the Municipal Building Sidewalk Replacement Project will consist of the removal and replacement of approximately 3,328 square feet of concrete sidewalk and curb. Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons whose name and address are on record with the Owner as having obtained the contract documents. A Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. A bid submitted without a Bid Bond will be rejected. Bidders are advised that Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates are applicable to this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract.
