Renovation of a mixed-use development in Washington, District of Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
The general scope of work includes, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of the existing two elevators - one passenger and one freight. The main entrance lobby finishes are to be renovated; however, the existing hung metal ceiling grid and tiles as well as accent lighting is existing to remain.
