Site work for a water / sewer project in Enumclaw, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of improvements includes approximately 20 linear feet of 12-inch-diameter, 2,000 linear feet of 30-inch-diameter, 1,200 linear feet 36-inch-diameter PVC gravity sewer, including but not limited to the connections to existing sewer mains and structures, planing and restoration of asphalt pavement roadway, permanent striping restoration, curb and gutter, cement concrete sidewalk, furnish and installation of sewer manhole of various material types and diameters. The work will also include traffic signal detector loop replacement at the intersection of Warner Avenue and SR 410, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bond, payable to the City of Enumclaw of not less than 5% of the total bid. The City of Enumclaw is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (small, minority- and women-owned businesses) are encouraged to submit bids. All work performed on the project will be subject to the State of Washington Prevailing Wage requirements. No response will be made to questions unless they are submitted in writing.
