Site work for a water / sewer project in Enumclaw, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of May 5, 2023, project was awarded to Sascon LLC, awarded amount is $756,584.32.** Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bond, payable to the City of Enumclaw of not less than 5% of the total bid. The scope of improvements includes approximately 3,400 feet of 2" to 8" water main, fire hydrants, water services, sidewalk replacement, HMA and concrete paving, and related appurtenances complete with restoration. The City of Enumclaw is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (small, minority- and women-owned businesses) are encouraged to submit bids. All work performed on the project will be subject to the State of Washington Prevailing Wage requirements.
