Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Enumclaw, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The scope includes removal and replacement of cement, concrete roadway panels, driveway entrances, sidewalks, curb and gutters, ADA ramps, and minor drainage improvements. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bond, payable to the City of Enumclaw of not, less than 5% of the total bid. Owner may be reached by phone at (360) 615- 5730 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Questions regarding the project may be directed to Dwayne Walker at dwalker@ci.enumclaw.wa.us. No response will be made to questions unless they are sub-mitted in writing.
