This includes move in-out of office furniture and files. Demolition of existing interior wails, new walls, upgrades to the existing bathrooms, one new bathroom, upgrades to the kitchen, new floor throughout the building, painting, low voltage wiring, and relocation of existing lighting panel. The estimated cost of the project is $250,000 Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bond, payable to the City of Enumclaw of not less than 5% of the total bid.
