Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Enumclaw, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The scope includes construction of a roundabout at the intersection of 244th Avenue and Roosevelt Avenue. Improvements include curb, gutter, sidewalk, planters, paving, ADA ramps, sewer main, gas main trenching, and associated drainage improvements. Bids must be accompanied by7 a certified check, or bond, payable to the City of Enumclaw of not less than 5% of the total bid Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Questions regarding the project may be directed to Dwayne Walker at dwalker@ci.enumclaw.wa.us Title VI Notice to Public It is the City of Enumclaw's policy to assure that no person shall, on the grounds of race, color, national origin or sex, as provided by Title VI ofthe Civil Rights Act of 1964, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise discriminated against under any7 of its federally7 funded programs and activities.
