Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Enumclaw, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Scope of Work: This project consists of constructing Foothills Trail Parking Lot on Jefferson Avenue between SR 410 and Foothills Trail, install asphalt, striping, stormwater bioswale, fence, and electrical. Bidders must be registered on the City of Buckley MRSC Small Works Roster to be eligible to submit a bid for this Project. A bidder shall submit all questions in writing. No oral responses to questions by City personnel about the project will be binding on the City. Contract questions shall be directed only to the office of the Project Engineer. The City of Buckley expressly reserves the right to reject any of all bids and to waive minor irregularities or informalities, and to further make award of the project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it best serves the interest of the City based on the sum of the Bid.
