Request for Proposals by Fairfield Township Board of Education The Fairfield Township Board of Education is soliciting bids for Custodial Services: Fairfield Township School (the "Services"). Proposals should be submitted on the required forms, in a sealed container labeled Custodial Services- Fairfield Township School and delivered to the Office of the School Business Administrator as provided below: Fairfield Township Board of Education Attn: "CUSTODIAL SERVICES," Mrs. Robin Henry 375 Gouldtown Woodruff Road Bridgeton, NJ 08302 Bids must be delivered to the office of the Fairfield Township School Business Administrator before the date and time noted below. Bids shall comply with all of the pertinent requirements set forth in the General Bidding Instructions, Terms and Conditions and Performance Specifications. Sealed bids will be received until the opening date and time specified, at which time bids would be opened, read aloud and recorded for presentation to the Fairfield Township Board of Education. The Fairfield Township Board of Education assumes no responsibility for delays in the mail or elivery service causing the bid to be received at the address stated herein later than the due date and time. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond payable to the fairfield township board of education for not less than 10% of the bid amount, not to exceed $20,000. Bidders are required to provide a consent of surety stating that if awarded the bid, said surety will provide a performance bond for 100% of the contract amount. Bidders are required to comply with requirements of the Public School Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1, et seq. and P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27). Bidders are required to submit a Chapter 33, P.L. 1977 Ownership Affidavit and a Non-Collusion Affidavit, Business Registration Certificate and a Political Contributions Disclosure form.
