The City of Bridgeton reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive immaterial information. Consent of Surety from an approved Surety Company must also be submitted with the Bid. This is a prevailing wage project and all bidders are required to comply with the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act of N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq.
