The City of Waco (the "City") is accepting sealed proposals to enter into a contract with a qualified Construction Company or Construction Management Company with relevant experience and is herewith invited to submit a proposal for consideration as a candidate to provide Construction Manager-at-Risk services for a Parking Garage adjacent to the new Baylor University Foster Pavilion and existing Clifton Robinson Towers in Waco, Texas with an estimated budget of $11,000,000.00 opening in January of 2024 to coincide with the opening events of the Foster Pavilion.
