Renovation of a municipal facility in Hannibal, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Town of Hannibal is seeking sealed bids for roof replacement on the Municipal Building Contractor to professionally remove existing roofing, clean & haul away debris and install new roof to the following specifications: 1. MATERIALS: Architectural HD Lifetime Shingles (Color Match existing) Synthetic Underlayment Metal Drip Edge on all eaves and rakes 6ft ice and water barriers on all eves and 3ft in valleys Ridge Vent and matching cap shingles to go over it Plumbing vent pipe collar(s) Wood Replacement if needed 4'x8'Plywood This project shall be subject to prevailing wage rates issued by the State of New York Department of Labor. The successful bidder shall include any additional costs associated with prevailing wage rates as part of its bid. The awarded Contractor shall provide a certificate of insurance naming the Town of Hannibal as an "additional insured" in the minimum amounts as specified herein. Said insurance shall be provided at the sole expense of the Contractor with an insurance company which is licensed to do business in the State of New York. The Town of Hannibal shall be responsible for all permits needed for this project. Once the project is completed the Town of Hannibal Building Inspector shall make final inspection. The Town Supervisor must be notified one day prior to the start of the project. The Town Board Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids.
