The work to be performed under this contract is located within the City of East Liverpool, Ohio in the following locations: Along approximately 1,500 feet of Dresden Avenue between Sixth Street and Grant Street. The project will include pavement planing, pavement repair, resurfacing, installation of curb ramps, adjustment to grade of manholes & valve boxes, catch basin drainage improvements, and pavement markings. Each bidder shall be required to complete and file with their bid the enclosed Bid Guaranty, Performance and Payment Bond, Warranty Bond Form (Section 153.54 O.R.C.) issued by a Surety Company licensed and authorized to transact business in the State of Ohio. Each bid must be accompanied by either a Bid Bond in the amount of (100%) of the "Total Amount Bid" or a Bid Guaranty in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit upon a solvent bank in an amount equal to (10%) of the "Total Amount Bid".
