A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Project includes: Existing Building Demolition Miscellaneous Site Work Demolition Erosion and Sedimentation Control Work Backfilling, Finish Grading, Seeding & Mulching One prime contract will be awarded for the work The bidders may be required to give references and such other detailed information as will enable the owner to judge responsibility, experience, skill, and financial standing. Bid from contractors inexperienced in this particular type of work will not be awarded a contract. Attention is called to the prevailing wage rates for public improvements in Columbiana County, Ohio to be paid where applicable for labor on public projects in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond with an approved surety company in the sum of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the bid as surety for the execution of the contract. A certified check on some solvent bank drawn and made payable to the Columbiana County Land Reutilization Corporation, in the sum of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid will be accepted in lieu of said bond. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids, or to increase or omit any item(s), waive any informalities or irregularities and to award to the lowest and best responsible bidder.
