Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in East Liverpool, Ohio. Working plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and 362-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
As of 9/1/2022 project will re-bid in the near future New Rest Room Facility Each bidder will be required to submit with this a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in the amount of the bid in conformance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, or a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, of Letter of Credit in the amount of the total bid in accordance with Chapter 153.05 of the Ohio Revised Code. The right is reserved by the City of East Liverpool to reject any or all bids or proposals and to waive any informalities in bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) days after the opening thereof. Bids shall be sealed and marked as Bid for Thompson Park New Rest Room Facility and mailed or delivered to: City of East Liverpool Attention: Mayor Greg Bricker 126 West Sixth Street East Liverpool, Ohio 43920.
