Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to install a new 40 x40 steel building for the Utilities Department at Town of Dundee. Shall Install New Steel Building with roll up doors, electrical, lighting inside as well as the outside of the building. All testing and permitting would need to be scheduled with the Town of Dundee building department. All permits must be obtained before work begins. Note: any contractor who fails to attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting/site visit will not be eligible to proposal on the project. All proposers must be present and signed in prior to the start of the mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site visit. Anyone not signed in at the commencement of the presentation from the project manager will be considered and will not be allowed to proposal on the project.
