Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Bedford Heights, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

PARKING LOT RESURFACING in the City of Bedford Heights, Ohio in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by Donald P. Bierut, P.E., City Engineer. To become a Registered Bidder, documents, specifications and drawings must be purchased at either. SE Blueprint at 2035 Hamilton Avenue Cleveland, OH 44114 or SE Blueprint at 520 South Main Street, Suite 2411 Akron, OH 44311 at the cost of $75.00 + tax which includes bid registration. A contract will be entered into and a surety bond satisfactory to said City in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid will be furnished. Checks or money orders shall be made payable to the city of Bedford Heights, Ohio. Bids will be opened and read at the time and place stated above. Those who have submitted Proposals or their representatives are invited to attend. The regulations of the State of Ohio relative to the procurement of labor, wage rates and hours of employment shall apply. The right is reserved to accept any bidder, to reject any or all bids, and to waive informalities should it be deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Bedford Heights to do so. Sealed bids must be marked "PARKING LOT RESURFACING"
