Saving Project...

Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a transportation facility in Lake Ronkonkoma, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, milling and overlay of the asphalt pavement, removal of the existing airfield lighting infrastructure, installation of the new airfield lighting and signage, pavement markings and landscaping. AU work will be inside the Air Operations Area (AOA). No bid will be accepted by email or facsimile. Each bid must be accompanied by a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond payable to the Town of Islip, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Bid Price. The successfull bidder is required to furnish satisfactory Payment and Performance Bonds for the full amount ofthe Contract, The Town may make such investigations as deemed necessary to determine the ability ofthe bidder to perform the work. Bidders must be licensed by the State of New York. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after being publicly opened and read. In the event bids are rejected or no bids are received, the Department of Purchasing is authorized to re-advertise for bids.
