sealed bids will be received by the Borough of Quakertown for the following: Purchase of 15KV Circuit Breakers Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name and address of the bidder and marked Purchase of 15KV Circuit Breakers Bids shall be irrevocable for a period of ninety (90) days after the date of the bid opening and bidders may not withdraw their bids during that period. The Borough of Quakertown reserves the right to award separate bids for each specification section, accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities in any bid for the best interest of the Borough of Quakertown and to consider the competency and responsibility of the Bidders in awarding the contract.
