Elementary School Media Center Dehumidification Systems Elementary School Chiller Replacement & Exhaust Fan Installation The BIDS will be publicly opened at the time, date herein above listed. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK 1. Without intending to limit or restrict the extent of WORK required under this PROJECT, the WORK is generally comprised of the following: A. Replacement of existing split-compressor chillers, existing condensing units, associated refrigerant piping, wiring, and controls at the Walton Farms and Bridle Path Elementary Schools. B. Installation of new relief fans, including associated controls, at the Walton Farms, Gwynedd Square, and Bridle Path Elementary Schools. 2. It is the responsibility of each bidder to visit the site and become acquainted with the conditions of the work involved. 3. It is the responsibility of the contractor being awarded the project to obtain and pay for all required permits for the job.
