sealed bids will be received by the Borough of Lansdale, Pennsylvania for Purchase of Two (2), 34,500-4,160 Volt, 7,500KVA Primary Unit Substations Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name and address of the bidder and marked Purchase of Two (2), 34,500-4,160 Volt, 7,500KVA Primary Unit Substations Copies of bid documents are available for inspection at the Borough of Lansdale, Borough Office, One Vine Street, Lansdale, Pennsylvania 19446-3601. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of ten-percent (10%) made payable to the Borough of Lansdale. All submitted bids shall be firm through delivery of the equipment. Bids shall be irrevocable for a period of ninety (90) days after the date of the bid opening and bidders may not withdraw their bids during that period The Borough of Lansdale reserves the right to award separate bids for each section, accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities in any bid for the best interest of the Borough of Lansdale and to consider the competency and responsibility of the Bidders in awarding the contract
