Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a detention facility in Bowling Green, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 37,644-square-foot detention facility.
The scope of work includes additions and alterations to the existing jail, approximate 37,644 SF including a new booking and intake area and a new Jail pod to be constructed after some building demolition to make way for the new construction. Additionally this project will incorporate some renovation for facility updates and to make ready for the new additions. Granger Construction Company is the Construction Manager at Risk acting on behalf of Wood County on this project. We are requesting subcontractors to submit responsive qualifications for the listed work categories.
