Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Fairbanks, Alaska. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
The objective of this project is for the contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to furnish and install a new Public Address (PA) System that Bassett Army Community Hospital Building 4076, Fort Wainwright, Alaska, in accordance with all Federal, State, and Installation codes and laws. This is a design-build project to remove and replace the existing PA and paging system with a modern PA system utilizing the latest features of public address systems. The new system shall include replacement of all amplifiers, equalizers, mixer, input selection devices, wired microphones, wireless microphones, and ancillary equipment needed for a complete PA system that meets or exceeds the capability of the existing system. Magnitude of Construction: $1M - $5M Prevailing wages apply. Contract duration = 365 days *Amendment 01, 02 and 03 have been released. *RFIs & PA Racks Diagram have been released. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
