For a professional services contract for the surveying and platting of subdivision project within the Unorganized Borough. ASLS 2022-07 shall contain 16 lots ranging from 5 to 20 acres each. PLEASE NOTE: It is the proposer responsibility to read the entire contents of this IRFP and to provide a responsive proposal. Please pay particular attention to the sections on: Project Schedule (page 5), Scope of Work (pages 6), Proposal Format (pages 12), and. Proposal Evaluation Criteria (page 15). Important Notice: If you receive this solicitation from the State's Online Public Notice website or IRIS Vendor Self Service portal, you must register with the DNR DML&W Survey Section to receive subsequent amendments. Registration must be in writing and may be made via email to landsurveys@alaska.gov. Failure to register with the DNR DML&W Survey Section may result in rejection of your offer.
