Renovation of a water / sewer project in New Auburn, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. The BIDDER agrees to pay, as liquidated damages, the sum of $500 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter. The proposed scope of work consists of WWTF Upgrades which include: control valve replacements, blower building and control building upgrades, repair/replacement of the security fence, replace the blowers and aeration piping, install new aerators, electrical, repaint the interior of the blower building, sludge removal, construct new seepage cell, construct new aeration cell, replace existing driveway culverts and add base to existing driveway, inter cell piping and valves, aeration cell liner, and site restoration. The project is fully described by the plans and specifications.
