Site work for a municipal facility in Rockville, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
This Contract requires removal of existing sidewalks, asphalt pavement and aging trees and the installation of new sidewalks, drainage devices, fencing and landscaping. The types, quantities, and characteristics of the various items of equipment are defined in the specifications and details for their installation are included in the drawings. The successful bidder will be required to be bonded to the County for a sum of 95 percent of the total amount of his/her Bid, for performance bond and labor and material payment bond according to the form of bond(s) hereto attached. A Bid Guarantee (Bid Bond, Certified Treasurer's Check, or Irrevocable Letter of Credit),must be enclosed and accompany each Bid in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Total Base Bid, and be duly executed by the Bidder as a principle, and made payable to Montgomery County.
