Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Barstow, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
This project consists of roof replacement, window and siding replacement, structural repairs, painting, HVAC, plumbing and incidental related work for Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Buildings 5 and 405 at Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB) Barstow, CA. Building 405 is located at the YERMO Annex and Building 5 is located at the NEBO Annex. Commissioning is not within project scope. Provide testing of new work as specified on contract drawings and specifications. The specific work required is further detailed in the attached drawings and specifications for this project. Magnitude of Construction: $5M - $10M Prevailing Wages apply. Contract duration = 365 calendar days *We were provided a list of all current RFI responses for this solicitation. The Government is still pending to provide a response on one last RFI. A third Amendment will be issued once it has been responded to, and will potentially provide an extension to ensure all bidders have enough time to review. *Please see attached RFI report 2022.06.03.
