The Corporation of the City of Kingston (the City), Facilities Management & Construction Services (FMCS) invites Proposals from qualified and competent proponents interested in providing preventative and reactive maintenance service that will proactively serve to maintain the Johnson Controls Building Automation Systems (FX Niagara AX and N4), and related products as specified in this Proposal document. This work may include but not limited to repairs, upgrades, modifications, new installations, and retrofits as required throughout the term of the contract as requested by the City.
