As of June 22 the project was awarded to Fahrner Asphalt Sealers Inc for $78,389.51. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in bidding, or accept the bid deemed most advantageous to said City. Not less than the wage rate which has been established in accordance with the provision of Section 66.0903 Wisconsin Statutes, a schedule of said rates being on file in the office of the City Clerk, City of Boscobel, Wisconsin shall be paid. The letting of the work described herein is subject to the provisions of Section 66.0901 Wisconsin Statutes, as amended. Approved for bids by the Common Council of Boscobel, Wisconsin, on Wednesday, April 20, 2022. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
