Paving for a residential development in Wishram, Washington. Completed plans call for paving for a residential development.
Asphalt Paving 46 Homes The Yakama Nation Housing Authority, herein referred to as (YNHA), requests written lump sum, fixed price proposals for the above-mentioned project based upon the attached construction documents, plans, specifications and description as noted below. All subcontractors used by the prime contractor must also be licensed contractors. Offerors(s) will be responsible for following all items addressed in the Scope and Specifications. Within 10 days of award, YNHA shall execute a contract form (sample Form of Contract attached as Exhibit A3) which contains additional obligations and requirements that apply to this project which are incorporated herein by reference. **Aggregate road base preparation has already been provided for lots 1-6 and 37-42 and should be excluded from this scope All questions are due by 12:00 p.m. PT on May 19, 2022, to Taylor Krebs, Wenaha Group, TaylorK@wenahagroup.com; CC to Callie Azure, YNHA Procurement Officer, Callie@ynha.com.
