Renovation of a residential development in Wishram, Washington. Working plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
As of June 7, 2022, no bids received. The Yakama Nation Housing Authority, herein referred to as (YNHA), requests written lump sum, fixed price proposals for the above-mentioned project based upon the attached construction documents, plans, specifications and description as noted below. All subcontractors used by the prime contractor must also be licensed contractors. Offerors(s) will be responsible for following all items addressed in the Scope and Specifications. Within 10 days of award, YNHA shall execute a contract form (sample Form of Contract attached as Exhibit A3) which contains additional obligations and requirements that apply to this project which are incorporated herein by reference.
