The City of Surrey (the "City") invites Proponents to provide Proposal(s) for the provision and maintenance of Electrical Maintenance for Traffic Signals and Streetlights more particularly described to the Schedules included in Attachment 1 of this of this RFP (including Schedules 1, 1-A, 2, 2-A, 2-B, 2-C, 3, 4, 4-A, 4-B, 4-C, 5, 5-A, 5-B, 5-C, 6, 6-A, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13) of the Agreement (collectively, the "Goods and Services"). The description of the Goods and Services sets out the minimum requirements of the City. A person that submits Proposal(s) (the "Proponent") should prepare Proposal(s) that meets the minimum requirements, and may as it choose, in addition, also include goods, services or terms that exceed the minimum requirements. The final scope of the Goods and Services will be as set out in the final agreement. All inquiries related to this RFP should be directed in writing to the person named below (the "City Representative"). Information obtained from any person or source other than the City Representative may not be relied upon.
