The Pavement Rehabilitation 2021 - Schedule A: 28th Drive NW project will include pavement rehabilitation ofthe existing streets, removal and replacement of existing curb and gutter. Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) pavement, replacement of existing driveways, storm sewer improvements, installation of a water quality treatment device, underdrains, and Fire Hydrant resettleg. 28th Drive NW - 81st Street NE Housing Area Roads - Totem Beach Road Schedule B: 81st Street NE project will include pavement rehabilitation of the existing streets, partial removal and replacement of existing curb and gutter. Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) pavement, storm sewer improvements, installation of a water quality treatment and infiltration device, and illumination improvements. Schedule C: Totem Beach Road will include pavement rehabilitation of the existing streets, removal and replacement of existing curb and gutter, removal and replacement of existing sidewalk, Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) pavement, HMA Overlay, replacement, of existing driveway entrances, storm sewer and bioswale improvements.
