Renovation of a mixed-use development in Stanhope, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

As of April 18, 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been cofnirmed. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, Interior alterations and renovation of existing conference room to create a new TV studio and control room at Lenape Valley Regional High School. The TV studio will receive new acoustical ceilings, lighting, and new finishes as well as acoustical improvements to minimize sound transmission. Bids will be accepted from a single general contractor for a lump sum bid only. Commence Construction: Monday, June 27, 2022 Substantial Completion: Friday, August 19, 2022 The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Interior alterations and renovation of existing conference room to create a new TV studio and control room at Lenape Valley Regional High School. The TV studio will receive new acoustical ceilings, lighting, and new finishes as well as acoustical improvements to minimize sound transmission. 2. The Scope of Work for the project is determined by the complete construction documentation, including all addenda thereto issued during the bid cycle, and is not limited by the brief summary of the Work provided here. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
