Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Stanhope, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.

As of 7/31/24, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. DPW Storage, Leaf and Branch Waste Bid. It is the intent of theses specifications from the Township of Byram, located in Sussex County, New Jersey, to provide an outline for the minimum most acceptable specifications for the purpose of providing a steel-walled storage facility for the Department of Public Works. a. Reinforced precast concrete column with an internal threaded adjustment bracket set in a readymix poured footing set below frost depth or a minimum of 4'-0" below building grade. c. Fastened to a laminated wood column with an internal column connector bracket. d. Treated Wood splashboard system. 4.0 Siding a. South, East, North, West wall(s) Fluoroflex or equivalent 1000 Hi-Rib Steel Minimum .019 (Fastened with Stainless Steel Screws). 5.0 Wainscot a. Install 30' x 80' x 6" thick concrete floor reinforced with Fiber Mesh with a Broom finish. Install 14' 2" X 14' 1" Sepia Raynor Insulated M200C 2" R18.30 Door with 2" Raynor Heavy Duty Track and hardware, Stucco Panels, Door/Operator requires 1' 4" headroom, 3" Gray rubber bottom seal. Operator is not included. Available Headroom is 2' 1" 13.0 Debris Collection Area a. 30'x40' debris collection area to be lined with (14) rows 2x8 T&G splashboard. b. Install 30'x40' Asphalt floor consisting of 4" base coarse with 2" top coarse Bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten per centum (10%) of the total amount of the bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars and made payable to Byram Township. The bid bond may also be provided in certified check and cashier's check in accord with provisions within general requirements of this bid. The Township of Byram will award this bid to the lowest responsible bidder in accordance with New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law.
