The Houston Public Library (HPL) is seeking bid for a qualified professional contractor to provide carpet removal and replacement installation services, in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions specified in the solicitation. Heights Neighborhood Library (1302 Heights Blvd., Houston, TX 77008) Demo existing carpet and dispose Furnish and install Milliken Bass Line Trimline (Color: Headroom with Papaya) Furnish and install Milliken Formwork (Color: Papaya) Furnish and install Roppe 4" cove base Furnish and apply all cementitious floor prep Furnish 10% extra material for both carpet tiles for attic stock Spaces within library: Meeting Room - approx. 979 square feet Living Room - approx. 400 square feet Teen Room - approx. 217 square feet Person of Contact for Questions/Concerns: Jason Stephens Houston Public Library | 500 McKinney, Houston, TX 77002 Office: 832-393-1366 Email: jason.stephens@houstontx.gov The Contractor shall complete this contract within thirty (30) calendar days from date given notice to proceed.
