The Southern Iowa Regional Housing Authority is requesting Formal Bids to include construction of sidewalks, a parking lot, driveway, retaining walls, storm drainage system, and grading. Work to be completed in Corning Iowa. The Southern Iowa Regional Housing Authority reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and all bids. All bidders must furnish a bid guarantee equivalent of %5 of the bid price and one of the following: 1. A performance and payment bond for 100% of the contract price; or 2. Separate performance and payment bond, each for 50% or more of the contract price; or 3. A 20% cash escrow; or 4. An irrevocable letter of credit All bidders will be required to comply with Davis Bacon Wage Rates and Equal Employment Opportunity Laws.
