Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Elgin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Elgin (OWNER) invites bids for the construction of street, sewer and water system improvements. Principal items of construction will include: The project consists of approximately 5,000 ft of road widening along County Line Road, and approximately 700 feet of widening along Raymond Johnson between North Avenue C (FM 1100) and County Line Road. The new road will be constructed as a 4-lane divided boulevard and include 5,070 linear feet of storm sewer for drainage improvements. New sidewalk will be included along both sides of County Line Road, as well as improvements to the Elgin High School entrance and parking area. All necessary appurtenances will be incorporated into the construction. Estimate: 5,500,000.000
