This project includes, but is not limited to, all labor, material, tools, equipment, transportation, bonds, all applicable taxes, incidentals, and other facilities to perform all work for the said overlay roofing for the following areas: Elgin ISD Administration, Elgin Elementary, Elgin High School, Booker T. Washington Elementary, and Elgin Intermediate facilities as indicated on the roof plans included in this package.
