The purpose of this RFP is to invite qualified proponents (Mechanical Contractors) to submit proposals for the Replacement of Hot Pool Filter, Filter Face Piping, Filter Pump, Jet Pump, along with piping identified, and equipment as described in the scope. The project consists of replacement of: .1. Replacement of Hot Pool Filter, Filter Face Piping, Filter Pump, and Jet Pump, along with piping identified. See below for pump and piping. .2. Replacement of Tots Pool Filter, Filter Face Piping, Filter Pump, and Feature Pump, along with piping identified .3. Filters and pumps are to be removed and brought in through a service well connected to mechanical room through double doors. Contractor is responsible for any lifts or cranes required to complete this. .4 Connect to existing flanges at end of face piping for the hot pool filters. .5. Provide new isolation valves at mechanical room wall for Tots pool filter and feature piping and connect new piping there. .6 Provide all power wiring, connections, and panel revisions required to install all components specified.
