Renovation of a water / sewer project in Red Lion, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Cost estimates: $373,000 for Contract No. 1 and $340,000 for Contract No. 2. The Supervisors of Windsor Township have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Windsor Township. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Windsor Township in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid.Contract Award Date: 6/21/2022 Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Bidders should refer to federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of public and natural resources pursuant to PA Act No. 1972-247. The Contract Time for this project is one hundred eighty (180) calendar days. Windsor Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids. Requests for clarification are due Friday, June 3, 2022 5:00:00 PM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)].
