As of May 31, 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The Red Lion Borough Council has authorized mulá group to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Red Lion Borough. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Red Lion Borough in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Additional documents to be provided by each bidder with their bid are Contractor Integrity, Non-Collusion Affidavit of Contractor, Non-Discrimination Clause, Contractor Qualifications Statement and Pennsylvania Employment Verification Form. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Bidders should refer to federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of public and natural resources pursuant to PA Act No. 1972-247. The Contract Time for this project is two hundred and ten (210) calendar days. Red Lion Borough reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
